02Data we collect
- Booking request details: name, email, phone, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date, time, flight, number of passengers, luggage, children's ages and any notes you write.
- Invoicing details, if you ask for an invoice with a tax number.
- The messages we exchange with you (email, WhatsApp, phone).
- Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stay with us.
03Why we use your data and on what basis
- To reply to your request and provide the service you booked (performance of a contract and pre-contract steps).
- Invoicing and accounting (legal obligation).
- Security, fraud prevention and improving our service (legitimate interest).
- Marketing messages, only if you give your consent.
04Who we share it with
Only what is necessary: the chauffeur carrying out the service (name, contact, places, time and flight), the technical providers we use to manage bookings, communicate and take payments (email, spreadsheets and calendar, messaging, payments and maps), our accountant, and the authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data.
When you type an address in the form, the text is sent to our mapping provider (Mapbox) to suggest places and calculate the route.
Some of these providers are outside the European Union; in that case we require appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
05How long we keep it
Invoicing data is kept for 10 years, as the law requires. Other service data is kept for up to 3 years after your last service, unless the law requires longer.
06Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@algarvelimos.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
07Cookies
This website uses only what is essential for it to work, uses no advertising or analytics cookies, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. If we start using analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
08Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is always on this page.
